It depends on your tolerance level. It's different with everyone. I thought I was a heavy user and I was doing about 10 - 15 grams per 2 - 3 day stints. I went to rehab recently for coke addiction and I learned there that I was pretty miled compared to some other addicts who were doing 10 grams a day, non stop, for years on end and then there is the other side of the coin of course with addicts only doing 2 grams every third day or so. You don't get such a thing as a heavy/regular user. If you are not an addict you would not even post a question like this. But if you want to know whether you've got a problem or developing one then just ask yourself this:" (do you do more than you were planning on doing when you started the evening? Can you easily say know if someone offered it to you? Have you ever said the following day that you're never gonna do it again, but you end up doing it again and again?) ? That is powerlessness! Then the second question you have to ask yourself is what damages has it caused in your life? Financial, with the law, maybe lose a girlfriend or wife?
