well nutrition can affect children's ability to learn because multiple studies show that a child that has eaten a good breakfast does better at school than those who skip breakfast. when your body has all the needed nutrients, like fiber etc., you aren't feeling hungry during school. your body has all of the needed nutrients that it needs to learn, fiber being a big on of them.Choline, a B-vitamin, is another good one because of its positive effect on the brain's memory center. you can get this from fish. a lot of good nutrients come from eating healthily, which is where nutrition comes in while you're learning.
