There is no actual % or fraction that these items are dropped.Steel Dragons drop Dragon Platelegs VERY RARELY!The drop is random, but very rare if that makes sense haha.So keep killing 'em and sooner or later you will get a drop of Dragon Platelegs or Dragon Plateskirt.ENJOY! ;)
