Daily!! if more! they need to drink a LOT of water, especially if you ride them lots during horse days.
try to give them more than a bucket or so a day. have fresh clean water available
I give my horses water every morning, afternoon, and night. Same with feeding them.
Offer them water at all times. They will drink when they are ready. At other times every opportunity you get.
clean water is when water is clean and there is no bacteria or bad stuff that can give you a infection.
No
please tell me this is a joke!:L no horses don't shower, their owners give them a 'bath' usually you will apply horse shampoo or teatree shampoo (some people use fairy liquid!) and they add it to a bucket of water, to a sponge/brush or straight onto the horse then wash is off with clean water using a hose or buckets of water. :)
Every day. Make sure you clean out their water bowls or tubs or whatever you have the bearded dragons water in.
If you don't give your horse clean water he could get very sick or even die. how would you like to drink slimey water? not very much I'm guessing. some horses won't drink their water if its filthy. they also should have water that is there for them because they happen to drink 20 - 40 litres - a day. they have as much right as we do to have clean water that is always there for them.
You can just use a damp sponge and give them a wipe over, but dont soak them in water otherwise it will loosen the glue that holds the rossette/ribbon together.
You muck out your horse's stall once a day, and twice a day in the summer (because of more insects/parasites.) You give your horse a full grooming at least once a day. You don't groom your horse as much if he/she lives outside, because you don't want to remove the natural coat oils that keep the horse warm. Keep your horse healthy and happy!!! : )
