Good question, assuming you are sexually active and have never had an abnormal PAP Smear, you should have a PAP once evey 12 months.
However, if you are not sexually active, most doctors will not see it as a requirement that you get a PAP done. Most problems doctors look for during a PAP are caused by being sexually active. Just to be safe I would go once per year.
On the other hand, if you have had an abnormal PAP done in the last year, I would recommend going every 6 months until you have 2 normal PAP Smears in a row, then you can go back to having the once per year. Here is a website link to help you understand more about PAPs and how often they should be done... http://www.medicinenet.com/pap_smear/page9.htm
Good luck! :)
The American Cancer Society (ACS) updated its guidelines concerning Pap test frequency in late 2002. In brief, women should continue screening every year with regular Pap tests until age 30, every two years if using the liquid-based Pap test.
Once a woman age 30 and older has had three normal results in a row, she may get screened every two to three years. A doctor may suggest more frequent screening if a woman has certain risk factors
Women without a history of abnormal pap smears normally repeat the test every three to five years. Ask your health care provider what frequency is recommended in your particular situation.
Typically women stop pap smears at age 65. Specific recommendations depend on the woman's health history.
Most women with no history of abnormal paps should have smears every three to five years through age 65. Contact your health care provider for advice specific to your medical history.
Age 70
If a woman is having her period, there's no need for a pregnancy test.
once a month
once a year
Annually
If you are a woman, you may take the pregnancy test at any time. If you are a man, you do not need to take the test; you are not pregnant.
is it the test where that woman drops pictures, if so you have to catch the art and while she gets angry you need to crank the lever so that he will boot the woman of the platform
A woman may want a CVS test if she is pregnant if she suspects Down syndrome, or wants to know if her baby will be normal.
In ontario, every year
No if ur over 18 you need your adult permit. You need a valid permit present to take the test
Once the test is over, the monitors are detached from the patient. No special measures need to be taken after polysomnography.
Never. A pregnancy test measures hormones and methadone don't have that.
Some tests can show positive before your period is even late. It depends on how sensitive the test is. If using an early detection test with negative results, retest when your period is a week late. The test looks for hCG, a hormone that can vary greatly from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy.
