I just spoke with a Parts person at a local Toyota dealer. He told me that the 2004 Toyota Matrix requires Iridium spark plugs, which retails for about $12 at the dealership, and it should not need to be changed until 120,000 miles.
30000 miles
thank you
Tune UpAccording to the Toyota website your vehicle isn't due for a tune-up for 120,000 miles.
According to the owners manual, they have platinum plugs that should be changed at 100,000 miles.
About every 50,000 miles.
about every 75000 miles
Heater plugs in a ford focus 1.8 engine should be changed every 18 months-2 years.
it should say in your owners manual. but if it a 2006 its not going to be anytime soon. spark plugs last along time if your engine is in good running shape. my ford truck didnt need new spark plugs till 100,000 miles that's good. so the same might go for your pickup
Once on 1-2 year on regular spark plugs. Once every there years on High end spark plugs.
A standard spark plug should last about 50K. A platinum tip plug should last 100K.
It is feeling silly and my other answer is it is behaving badly
