depending on the age and size. baby goldfish should be getting liquid food. usually called 'Small Fry'. as they get older and they look fully developed, just very small, then feed a few flakes of fish food

Failing this they should be fed every 4 hours until they are capable of eating dried foods then 4 times a day until they are adult when they can be brought down to a good feed morning and evening.
