Some states are working on making K2 and similar "herbs" illegal. It may take a little while, but definitely count on this being illegal everywhere soon. There have been some serious side effects associated with smoking these herbs that are supposedly to be used as incense, not human consumption. In other words, you could get really sick or die. Wouldn't recommend it. Salvia and K2 are completely different drugs but the universal rule for buying the legal blends of these herbs is 18 years old.
