Any age, depends what part you are that though.
18
You can buy spray paint when you are 18 years old. The law is supposed to protect against the misuse of spray paint by teenagers.
no.
At wal-mart you must be 18. I tried to buy spraypaint for my airsoft gun and was carded. Wal-mart also cards kids for shovels. My friend went in to get a fold up shovel because he joined a search and rescue team and was carded for 16 & up.
try paint thinner and an old cloth
i don't know. Probably 9 or older. Improved Answer: It depends on the municipality. Tempe, AZ will not allow sales or spray paint to minors, while Chicago does not allow the sale of spray paint at all. Also, some companies will not sell spray paint to minors. In New York, stores can not display actual cans of spray paint or markers, only a dummy, nonfunctional can.
they are cans that hold spray paint you can use them to paint and you must be pretty old if you dont know this...bye.
she was 7 years old
Normally, you cant. The best thing to do is take a new can of spray paint and replace the spray tip. The tip is commonly clogged because most people dont invert the can and clear the tip of old paint from the last use. The old paint dries up in the tip and the can doesnt have enough pressure to remove the dried paint. When you are done using a spray paint can, turn it upside down and spray until nothing but air comes out. 1-2 seconds should do it. This will ensure it will work the next time you use the can.
Yes, that's what I usually do. Pick a nozzle that gives about 6" spray and get all the old paint off.
Spray this paint on any surface, and it disappears within 8 hours! Non-toxic and safe for all children over 5 years old!
You must rough up the old finish, use sandpaper. Then apply the heat resistant paint
