Technically the law does not state that there is a specific age for piercings normally a professional parlor wont do any other piercings on a young person besides there ears but any age is exceptable with parental consent
Any body piercing studio will do the piercing for you but you will need your parents to go and sign the consent forms before you can get it done.
In the U.S. if you have parental consent you can get any piercing except genital piercings.
In most places it is the same as any other piercing....18.
You can be any age as long as you have your parent's permission and they are present at the time that you are getting the piercing.
You have to be 18 to get any piercing without your parents/ legal guardian signing paperwork.
Depends on where you are but most places its 18.
i think you can be any age if you bring a parent with you.
You can get it pierced at any age with a parents permission. I live in Virginia and the best place to get piercings are at Piercing Pagoda, they will do ANY type of piercing for ANY age !
you have to be 21 years old to get a hand piercing
Any piercing hurts to some extent and being 14 doesn't give you superpowers to be immune to the pain of any piercing let alone an oral piercing. In body piercing you need to learn that if you want the piercing you will get it regardless of any discomfort you may feel. Bottom line if you want the piercing you need to be prepared to go through the piercing the swelling and the aftercare to heal the piercing. If you feel that is too much for you to deal, with then find something else to do, but don't get a piercing. It takes commitment and effort to have a great piercing, if you really want it then a little discomfort and swelling shouldn't be an issue.
Depends on your body, how old the piercing is, and what size the piercing is.
In most states if you have parental consent you can be any age.
