A hardship license is generally given to teens who work on the family farm. Not all states issue a hardship license. The states that do issue the license require that you be at least 14 years of age.

Are you allowed to get a driver's license at 15 in any states?

Yes, laws are in place for a fifteen year old to get a license. But it isn't called a drivers license, it is called a hardship license. The only way to receive such license is to be able to prove the "hardship". For example, the parent goes to work too early and gets off too late to pick up children from school, doctors appointments, and other functions, if there is a disablility in the family anf the fifteen year old is the olny of age and able person to drive, or any other factors that would case a distictive interference that could be solved with the fifteen year old getting a hardship license.
