Well, if your under 10 then an adult has to go with 2children and if your over 10 then you dont need an adult to go with you, go youself, havefun, noone to boss you about not to go to the deep end...
It depends on what swimming centre you are going to, if its local and friendly then around 12-13 at minimum if your going with a friend. However if it is a particularly big/busy/or in a ruff area, Or just wanting to go to a quiet pool by yourself? I'd say at least 15.
