1-8 : a simple polish from the nail shop
9-12 : probably acrylic but not to long.
13 on up: anyways you want it but not to long.

They probably can, depending on the salon. You can call a salon and ask for ways to take them off without damaging her nails, but most likely you will have to let them grow out. In the future, you should have her stick to nail polish and nail stickers.
