I think that your current guardian and the one that you want would have to work it out by personal agreement or in court. They are the ones who make the decisions until you reach the age of consent--which is 18.

Because it is entirely up to the individuals who they want to date. Once you become an adult you have free choice. You are old enough to make your own decisions. There are laws for children because they are not old enough to make responsible, educated decisions.
