I don't think there is a set age, I've seen fully-grown adults out trick-or-treating. But after a certain time, the owners of the houses might not give you candy. Maybe if you have a really good costume...?
Anywhere between 8-15 years of age but it doesn't really matter. If you are having fun and you enjoy eating sweets or teasing your neighbours you can continue trick or treating and dressing up as long as you like.

I think you should be around 15 or 16 years old to keep trick or treating and stop around the age at 17 or above. and if you go for 20 then your crazy and a lil bit weird.
Under normal circumstances, trick or treating is legal. You are free to go to anyone's house and request a treat. If, however, you take terrible revenge upon those who do not comply with your request, that would be illegal. There are limits to the tricks that the law permits.

Being a singer does not stop you from doing normal activities like taking your children trick or treating. They are the same as all parents who want their kids to have fun and be safe. Singers go home, relax, cook, watch television, read a book, go online, etc. just like everyone else.
Never stop celebrating holidays that you love! However, trick-or-treating should probably end in the mid- to late-teens, as some candy-givers may feel threatened or uncomfortable by adults that dress up to get candy.
