I couldn't really understand this question but i hope this answers it. Start out with someone that you know well. Like a neighbour, an aunt, relatives, friends of your parents maybe who have dogs and ask them if they would like you to walk there dogs for them. I don't think it would be wise to ask for money but if the person you choose to work for is nice then they will probably give you some money. But if they don't i suggest you find someone else or if money is not the problem then just keep walking there dogs. Or you can make your own flyer saying that you will walk people dogs for a certain amount of money or even for free if you like, and hang them up in you local area. Good luck
You have to be about 13 because to be able to walk the dog you need strong grip and so you can walk without a adult. But this is a great job for animal lovers especially dog lovers.

mow lawns or walk dogs
mow lawns or walk dogs
the same time they can walk or maybe longer
wash peoples cars or walk someones dog
Are they big dogs or rat dogs? One dog or many dogs? Is it raining? I'd make me a chart with x/y axis, with all these variables. The more difficulty in the job, the more $$$. If I were inclined to hire a dog walker, I'd pay $2.00 per walk.
Of course you can! You can walk dogs. Sell hot dogs, sell video cassetes, your old phones, old lap tops.
Yes
If they are caring, responsible, and if they know what they are doing.
