Many teens go door to door in their neighborhood asking to wash people's cars. Basically, you bring the tools - bucket, rags, window cleaner, etc. and use their hose. You do need to complete the job in a timely manner and leave the car looking great. There are no short cuts to avoiding streaks in the windows, removing bug and tar, and grime on the wheels and lower edge of the car. This job is best done in the morning before the hot sun is up. Repeat business is based on your professionalism - you do not get paid if you fail to finish or do a poor job.
Depends on which state as the laws are much different from one to another. Child labor laws will determine at what age, what kind of work, how many hours, etc.
