You must be of legal working age in the United Kingdom to work for Jagex, which is currently 16 years of age. There is an international stating that no minor, a person under 18, can work online. This is especially checked with Telecom jobs. Jagex gives information about its requirements for certain jobs, and you must live in the United Kingdom to work for them. Player-Moderators (or P-Mods) are just that and do not officially work for Jagex. Many are under 18, as they have no salary.
If you work for Jagex, then yes. I highly doubt that you work with Jagex, though.
To become a Jagex Moderator, you must actually work for Jagex. Everyday random players just cannot be promoted to a Jagex Moderator, the highest they can become is a Player Moderator. To work for Jagex, you must be at least 18 years of age and live in the England area.

No, and believe it or not Jagex can definitely pick it up if it were used, it's that old of a device anything can pick that up.
The only way to become a Jagex Moderator is to be employed by Jagex itself. This means that you will need to be successful in an application for one of the available positions. After you have started working you will be given a Jagex Moderator character for work purposes. We do not upgrade game characters to Jagex Moderators and you cannot use these characters to play the game on.
You can not type in a jagex crown. You have to be an employee of Jagex.
Jagex is a company, so, you cannot get Jagex on your DSI.
Runescape accounts do not work with frugooscape. Frugooscape is a separate entity from Jagex.
It's as old as Jagex, which started in 1999. I used to play the old 2D version, it was awesome!
From sources near to JaGeX it is known he's about 28-34.
Jagex's population is 450.
Because you can't cheat in Runescape, Jagex does state that....
