Ok well what I think is that 11 is not to young just like she said as long as you're responsible and not going too overboard. I had a boyfriend at 11 and I loved it.
But for the other question, no, I don't think you should be the 14 yr olds girlfriend because often 14 yr olds are often very immature and he might try to kiss you when you're not ready. I would talk to your parents if I were you.
