Nope. In Birth by Sleep we meet a young Ienzo, who will lose his heart in a few years and become the nobody Zexion. Zexion grew to the age he is as a nobody, so he technically would be able to get older.

Well, after they were defeated, they returned to the realm of darkness where they got lucky and found their heartless. They combined with their heartless and became whole again.

Vexen=Even: 20+ Lexaeus=Aeleus: 20+ Xemnas=Xehanort: 20+ Xaldin=Dilan: 20+ Xigbar=Braig: 20+ Roxas=Sora: 14 The others are hard to say since they're somebodies are unknown.
