I love these questions!! If you want absolute accuracy, you may be able to get help from Fender directly, but they prefer to research US-made instruments. After a little research, here's what I was told about the Squier numbering system, which is supposed to be the same. The "C" is for the Korea Cor-tek plant (which also made Cort brand Guitars). The "N" means "Nineties." The next digit (3) is the year. So (at a good guess) I'd say you appear to have a guitar made in 1993.
1982
1999.
I think it is 1991
Made in 1964.
1988
1992
According to Fender's website, it's 2002.
The Fender Stratocaster with the serial number DZ4121685 was likely made in 2004. The "DZ" prefix indicates it is from the Fender factory in Mexico. The specific production year can typically be confirmed through Fender's official documentation or customer service for precise verification.
whats up black people
A MIJ (Made In Japan) Fender Stratocaster with an "E + 6 digits" serial number has been built somewhere from 1984 to 1989.http://homepage.ntlworld.com/john.blackman4/serial.htm
I believe this number indicates that the guitar is an American deluxe manufactured in 2000
The MZ before the number indicates that your Strat was manufactured in Mexico.
