We don't know how old Cleopatra was when her mother died. And if you are referring to Cleopatra the VII, we don't know for certain that Cleopatra V was her mother. Some sources say Cleo's mother was a lady from Memphis, but this could very well be Cleopatra V as she is described as a lady of "obscure origins".
Cleopatra was 25 when Caesar was murdered.
Her father is known as Ptolemy XII the pharaoh everyone hated at the time when Cleopatra was 12. And history has no identity or recordings of her mother. Some studies say that Cleopatra Tryphaena VII may be her mother.
There was~ * Cleopatra I * Cleopatra II * Cleopatra III * Cleopatra IV * Cleopatra V * Cleopatra VI * Cleopatra VII In total there were 7 Cleopatra's. Cleopatra VII is the most famous as she was the last of the Greek/ Roman Pharohs.
Cleopatra was a name used by each Queen of Egypt from the death of Alexander the Great until the Roman conquest of the country. The most well know Cleopatra was the last one, who was involved with Julius Caesar and Mark Antony. She was Cleopatra VII Philopator. Her mother was Cleopatra V Tryphaena of Egypt.
There was no Cleopatra VI. There was Cleopatra V and Cleopatra VII (who was the last pharaoh of Egypt and had children with Julius Caesar and Mark Anthony) but somewhere along the line the Ptolemy family lost count of how many Cleopatra's there were. Family names, you know.
Seventy years old.
We don't know the name of Cleopatra's mom. Some writers say it was Cleopatra V as she was Ptolemy XII's wife, but other writers say that Cleopatra was the child of a concubine or a second wife.

Cleopatra I was the wife of Ptolemy V and the mother of Ptolemy VI. We don't know when she was born, but she died in 176 BC.
I've done a little research on the web... The Cleopatra that we all know and wonder about is Cleopatra VII, her mother is believed to be Cleopatra V and her father Ptolemy XII. It is unclear how long Cleopatra V lived. The historical record she should be identified, as the numbering used to distinguish the Ptolemies is a modern invention. Cleopatra Tryphaena V vanished around the time Cleopatra Thea VII was born (69 BC): her name begins to disappear from monuments and papyri, and there is an inscription of Ptolemy XII from 68 BC that does not mention her but would be expected to do so had she still been alive. There is some indication that she may have died in 69 or 68 BC - she may have died in childbirth or got murdered. As for your question about how old was Cleopatra's mother during the time of birth, it seems to be unknown at this time as we are just beginning to find the artifacts of Cleopatra VII's life. As archaeologists are studying old Alexendria that has been submerged under water, we will soon find more about Cleopatra's VII's life as well as her familys.
Cleopatra V
Her father is known as Ptolemy XII the pharaoh everyone hated at the time when Cleopatra was 12. And history has no identity or recordings of her mother. Some studies say that Cleopatra Tryphaena VII may be her mother.
Cleopatra was Cleopatra VII
it is Cleopatra VII
Your question can't be answered because we don't know who Cleopatra's mother was. We know her father was married to Cleopatra V, but that does not necessarily mean that she was Cleopatra VII mother. We simply have to wait until archaeologists find relevant material and the scientists test it all to determine Cleopatra's parentage.
Cleopatra V Tryphaena of Egypt
Cleopatra V was the wife of Ptolemy XII and perhaps the mother of his children including Cleopatra VII. Her origins are obscure and we know little about her.
