12 years old in Luke 2
Luke 2:41-42New King James Version (NKJV)The Boy Jesus Amazes the Scholars41 His parents went to Jerusalem every year at the Feast of the Passover. 42 And when He was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem according to the custom of the feast...48 So when they saw Him, they were amazed; and His mother said to Him, Son, why have You done this to us? Look, Your father and I have sought You anxiously. Â49 And He said to them, Why did you seek Me? Did you not know that I must be about My Father's business?Â
Jesus was 12 years old when he made that statement to his parents (Luke 2:49)....wist ye not that I must be about my Fathers business?
Luke 2:49 - And He said to them, "Why did you seek Me? Did you not know that I must be about My Father's business?"[NKJV]
To do the will of the Father. For he said: I have come to do the will of the one who sent me.Even at the young age of 12, he told his earthly parents: I must be about my Father's business.
I say so, as Jesus came to save the world of sinners, and to do his fathers will , to die on the cross at Calvary. he did not come to earth to get married. as he clearly said in heaven they do not marry and are not given in marriage.
Yes we will meet both Jesus and God in heaven as Jesus said I go to prepare a place for you., as in my fathers house are many mansions , and if it was not so I would not tell you so.
It is not directly recorded in the Bible that Jesus said "I love you" in those exact words. However, Jesus expressed His love for humanity through His teachings, actions, and ultimately by sacrificing His life on the cross. His love is exemplified in His compassion, forgiveness, and willingness to die for the salvation of all.
Jesus clearly said that to be disciple of his one must be ready to forgo both family and friends as well as wealth to be a disciple of his, all must be forsaken to follow him. Even wen a man said I will bury my father and come , it weas not correct.

Herodotus of Halicarnassus.
There must have been something divinely charismatic about Jesus for them to follow him so redily. However Jesus' message was VERY radical and must have been hard to understand and accept when first heard.
No one said you have to celebrate Christmas. Christians do it because Christmas celebrate's Jesus's birth.
the red print in the bible are lines that Jesus said * Jesus said Allegedly
