Henry VIII was 51 when he married his sixth (and last) wife Katherine Parr on 12 July 1543. Katherine had already been married and widowed twice, and was childless. She outlived him. He died on 28 January 1547.
Catherine Parr was 31 years old and already widowed twice by the time she married Henry VIII, in 1543. She had met him earlier that year, but was still in mourning. She is his only wife who survived him, and she married yet again after Henry's death. See link below.
King Henry V11 born 1457 married Elizabeth of York in 1486 who bore him eight children, he died in 1509
She was 31. Unlike most men, Henry VIII disliked women who were very much younger than he was and so didn't mind that she was so old, by the era's standards.
As a child she was betrothed to Henry's older brother, Prince Arthur; they were married in 1501 but Arthur died six months later. Catherine subsequently married Henry on 11 June 1509. http://www.answers.com/catherine%20of%20aragon
"IIIV" is not a valid number. Assuming this question is about Henry VIII, see the related question link below.
henry IIIV
Henry was christened Catholic but when the church refused him a divorce from Catherine of Aragon so he could marry Anne Boleyn, he fought it and was excommunicated for his formation of the Church of England so he and England became Protestant except for a few hold-outs who were persecuted for the few Tudor reigns.

I wonder if you mean Henry VIII. In that case the answer is Hans Holbein the Younger.
because he always used to eat and never had any dairy products
Nothing. If it's supposed to refer to a number, like Eight, it is written as VIII, not IIIV.
III = 3. IV = 4. IIIV = is wrong. It is possibly VIII for 8. Therefore, as a date: 3.4.8 doesn't make sense.

I believe that it would be IIIV because when a smaller roman numeral goes in front of a larger one it subtracts it. IIIV mean two, and the I(1) and V(5) are the smallest roman numerals.
