Witte's Special J 410 was made by Julius Witte in Scotland. The value of a bottle can vary widely depending on its age, condition, and current market trends, so it is recommended to consult with a spirits specialist or auction house for a more accurate valuation.
Witte Corneliszoon de With was born on March 28, 1599 and died on November 8, 1658. Witte Corneliszoon de With would have been 59 years old at the time of death or 416 years old today.
Several different trade names include the name Witte and were made for Witte Hardware in St Louis from the 1880's to 1920's. Double barrels marked Witte Special were made by J. Stevens A&T Co / J. Stevens Arms after 1914. If your gun actually has the "'s" on the name, it may be something different. Value as a shooter (only if approved by a competent gunsmith) or as a wall decoration would be $150-$250, depending on condition. * Just noticed that this is a 410. Add $50 the top-end price, even more if it is like new.
I would be an expert in seeing into the future
Can't be answered without knowing who made it.

My research indicates that the first semi-auto .22cal made by Browning is the Nomad, and challenger models which were made from 1962-1974.Is it possable that you have a early made model 1905-FN vest pocket model in 6.35mm,which is a .25acp caliber semi-automatic?If this is not the case, you may have a .22cal semi automatic that has used one of John M Browning patents which would have to be marked on your firearm. Please re-post your question with the info.
I would check with Numrich Gun Parts Corp. They may have what you seek.
Expert testimony is defined as testimony from an expert in the field. For example, if a doctor testified at the court, he would be an expert testimony in the court.
The Witte System was Sergei Witte's (the Minister of Finance in Russia at this time) methods of modernising Russia's economy in the 1890's. It included features such as putting Russia on the gOLD Standard in 1897, making the Rouble "stronger" as it was now readily convertible on the international money markets. It also placed confidence in foreign investment (and thus encouraged it) as the repayments of loans was linked to the Gold Standard, as Witte understood that foreign investment would act as a substitute for the lack of home capital. Witte also recognised the importance of the railways in Russia as they would boost heavy industry in the exploitation fo Russia's rich resources (coal, iron, oil etc.) railways would also provide a much needed form of transport for exports and freight that Russia's vast land required. Witte helped initiate the Trans-Siberian railway (although this was more as a prestige project). As part of the Witte system, a strong(er) banking system was established which helped channel middle-class savings into industry. Furthermore, Witte placed tariffs and high taxation rates in Russia in oder to raise revenuse to help "balance the books" as well as reduce imports, yet this had the primary effect of impoverishing the domestic. This all worked quite well with Russia's industry rapidly developing and the economy strengthening by 8.5% 1906-1914. If you wasn't looking for such detail, basically it was this system designed by this guy with a big beard to make Russia up to date.
The prefix you would add to the word "marked" to change the meaning to "mark before" is "pre-". So it becomes "pre-marked."
