It is not easy to close the sale with the customer but this is big challenge to us. During transaction we educate the customer about our product/service. We give an information and benefits of product/service to customers. Aside from that we need to offer additional promo for product/services to customer to become interested. Last is we need to convince to customer to buy the product/service.
We are conducting the survey and asking a feedback from customers about the customer service and product/service.
For me, I prefer both. Why? Because doubtful customer can educate about the product or service from inquiries up to order processing and angry customer can pacify them by sympathy, offering a reward program and ask an apology about poor product or service and poor customer service. My objective is to retain the customers for patronizing the product/service regardless what type of customers are.
