People from different cultural backgrounds can live in harmony together by embracing the fact that each of us are individuals with different cultural belief's and just because my cultural belief's don't match with another person's it doesnt mean that I am wrong and they are right or visa versa. We all need to remember that at the base core of life we all bleed when we are cut, we all want to ensure that our children are safe and that our core basic needs; food, water and security are met. Everything else is learned from a societal norm standpoint and if we celebrate those cultural differences rather than condemning them we can all live in harmony. Face it, life would be boreing if we all believed or lived in one way. Cultural differences are the spice of life and provide us the ability to grow and learn.......
