Why do a teacher need to study philosophy of education?

They play a role in the children's interest of the subject. If they don't explain very well, it can result in low grades as well as hatred of the subject. If they do explain very well, it's the other way around

Before studying philosophy, first learn when to use "Why does" and when to use "Why do" or you might not be taken seriously. "philosophy" has been used and abused in many contexts. Studying a "philosophy" of something in general seems to translate to mean to acquire a better appreciation of how it works.
