There is a Leader Guide that has the answers. When your department supervisor quizzes the associate, they should have the guide with them to check that your answers are correct. You will find the answers to the questions in most of the WBT and pk books.

Report it to a supervisor. Their name will be on the bottom of the category in question. Or you can go to the community forum to the abuse section. Or you can just flag it, and know that someone will correct it. Also, if you know it is an incorrect answer, you can just change it to the correct one, and take the abuse out while you are at it.
