First you untie the back or front depending on the gown then grab the front on the outside and pull away from your body. once it is away from your body put the gown into a ball with your hands and wrists still inside the gloves and gown. Pull one hand out of the gown and glove, when this is done the inside of the gown should be facing you so you slide the other hand out of the gown and hold the inside portion until discarded in appropriate waste basket.
