Why does the world hate blacks?

There are so many reasons to hate even if there weren't ever any Blacks in the world, it's human nature to find something else to hate because man kind is never satisfied, Africans from Africa do not have many resources, but they have great lands and awesome natural resources. However since there is very little capital economically they remain a poor country as a whole, there is an issue with poverty coupled with corruption from the leaders of those countries, so instead of building up their own countries many stay in poverty, that creates less respect for the people as a whole because mainly others may feel they always must contribute to them, so therefore Blacks are known more for receiving handouts, and to change this perception, their leaders will have to have respect for their own people and cut corruption. Sometimes standing up could cause assassinations and etc. If Blacks in other countries had capital, and a booming economy everyone would love them. If Africa united and gave money to other countries, they would be respected more because of financing. Many view Blacks in America as spoiled and rich some are jealous of the attention Blacks in America receive, the rights Blacks receive in America, to help heal Black issues, the American Black History Month should focus on how to heal the History of Blacks and Whites in America but not focus on White treatment of Blacks in American History, bringing up negative past issues constantly every year for Black History Month will never heal anyone, but serves as constant blaming and encourages hatreds and differences. Marriage counselors even tell people not to constantly blame their mates for past wrongs and etc. The fact is things that happened in the past will never be forgotten, but lets move on and build better bridges, build a brighter tomorrow. We can't change the past but we can change our future. Even if there were no Blacks there would always be rivalry, but the world's views tend to change when you have assets. Blacks outside of America---Land no Assets=No Respect Blacks in America---Resources no Land=No Respect So basically it's all just politics

Which best characterizes African American voting rights in the South between the end of the Civil War and the end of the 19th century?

Despite all the efforts involved with the US Reconstruction era, voting rights for Blacks and former Black slaves was dismal. Even after passing the 14th and 15th amendments to the US Constitution, by the end of the 19th century, Blacks did not have a real "voice" in elections, more so in the South. Blacks execised their voting rights much better in the North.

Why is this world losing its moral fiber?

Actually, we have more of it now than in the past. Less & less children are getting pregnant and/or married; women & blacks have the same rights as everyone else (in America); there are more freedoms than in the past (not as many countries lock you up for saying the leader smells funny); gays can be 'out' and get married!
