I would tell the interviewer that I am more than qualified , not under nor over. I would also entail the intrvier about the qualification and the strengths i posses and would let himself ponder as to why ? the job should not be given to me . thank you.
Well i really thought about that, if i were in your shoes i will be asking the same question, i can tell you on the fact i am looking on a downshift, i know this industry well i don't need to be in charge, i have been the person on a total top before, i can do that again, but i am really looking for a place were i can contribute, but i don't have to be the one running the show.
Professional and personal experience in succeeding, failing, and learning the right lessons of both. This has helped me to learn quickly, what it will take to accomplish my goals.
They are basically asking you about how good you are to do this job what the answer above says is another way to explain it.
Point out the huge benefit of the shortened learning curve that new people always suffer through (don't say suffer, but you know) and how this will be good for the company because you will be ready to serve the customers at full capacity even sooner due to your apparently vast knowledge and education that not only meets their requirements, but exceeds them as well.
Better for them (and you)
overqualified
underemployment
the person has a job but is overqualified for it
There are many people who may appear overqualified for a position. This is simply because they possess the skills needed for the job.
Overqualified
I wouldn't put the reason on the job application. You can save this for the interview and only if asked for the reason why.
a relative
Under employment means having a job that is way under what you have learned, earned in a degree course, or in terms of experience. Example is when you land a job, say a part time job - earn little money - yet you can apply for a more aspiring position, being overqualified yet is not able to get into such appropriate job for you.
Why should the time of day matter if helping residents is your job and you are on duty. If you are doing a job then just DO what is asked of you by your employer unless what is being asked of you is unsafe or illegal.
When you are asked what kind of work or job you would like to be doing in one to five years time, you are indirectly being asked about your future goals. You should articulate your future plans in a confident manner which will give you a higher chance of being hired.
