Ask yourself, are you gay?
If the answer has always been no then wait it out, you could just be having what some call a "girl crush". Some girls think they might love someone that they are best friends with, when it might just be that since you tell each other everything you have a special bond and that could be mistaken for love. Ask yourself, would I want to kiss her? if the answer is no then you could be mistaken by your feelings.
If you are between the ages of 10-20 you may just be experiencing hormonal urges, and that could very well be the cause of these feelings.
If your answer to the first question is yes, then you should ask yourself is she gay? if that answer is unknown then you could bring up that question is casual conversation.
If she is or isn't gay, you should try asking her how she feels.
