I think you meant to ask about when you are asked IF you are grown up? Usually such questions are asked by older aunts or uncles or people one does not really know. The questioner is actually making "small talk" or, perhaps, just wants to make you uncomfortable. If you believe you ARE grown up, answer with a smile on your face and a lighthearted laugh. Say, perhaps, that since you are not yet all grown up (the older adults will like this) you do not yet know. Ask the questioner what he or she believes. No matter what s/he says, do be kind.

Well, once you are in the thread in which you want to post a reply, there will either be no "reply" button, or a "reply" button. if there isnt, you might want to consider signing up. its not too hard to sign up and you will most likely get more features there. but if the site administrators have certain options turned on in the control panel, there should be a reply button that you can see as a guest. if there is, click on it. there should be a place to put a temporary name for yourself so that name will show up as the poster. then just make a subject and a body, and hit submit. there ya go! kind of a long explination, but you should understand it.
The reply should be processed by your office e-mail server, this must remain on but all the office desktops (the clients) need not be powered up.
