'Accidentaly' drop your pencil/pen/something like that where you can't reach it and ask her to pick it up for you. When she gived it to you say 'thanks' and smile at her. She will probably smile back.
You could ask her for help on your work. You will get into a conversation about it and that's when you slowly change the subject to something else like your intrest or hobbies. Don't forget to ask her about her hobbies or else she wont like you.
