Human eggs and chicken eggs are not similar in any way at all other than in name and as means of reproduction. Human eggs are only referred to as eggs while they are single, unfertilized reproductive cells in the human body. The moment a human "egg" is fertilized, it is referred to as a "zygote," and can only grow into a viable embryo while still inside the human womb. It is invisible to the naked eye and has no possibility of survival or development outside the womb.

In contrast, chicken eggs (and the eggs of all oviparous animals and fowl) are multicellular, relatively large, and have a tough protective covering (shell) before they are expelled (laid) by the hen. This sort of egg is produced and laid whether it has been fertilized or not. It is visible and able to exist outside the body of the hen, and, when unfertilized and unprotected, can be used as food by humans and other creatures.

What stains eggs brown?

Brown eggs are not " stained" brown, they are naturally that colour. Egg shell colours depend on the type and colour of the chicken that laid the egg. White chickens will produce white eggs and brown chickens will lay brown eggs. It's due to the amount of melanin, similar to the difference in human skin colours.
