There is not an individual fuse for the seat belt chime. Check your owners manual for the "enhanced saftey system" for a method to turn it off.
Buckle up your seat belt and the chime will go off.
This vehicle probably isn't old enough to need a new belt, but I suggest you get a manual for it.

get an old seatbelt from a junk yard and plug in into the seatbelt soquit
It depends on the engine: V6 Chain, 4.7 V8 belt, 5.7 V8 Chain.
Look in you owners manual for enhanced warning system. The instructions are there. Other than that, wear your seat belt, it is the law.
Put on your seat belt and buckle it up. The chime will then stop.
A dealer might be able to turn that off with their scan tool.
