It's generally considered that after giving your dog advantage treatment for fleas that you should wait 48 hours before giving them a bath. Bathing will help wash off any fleas, but it could also compromise any of the effects from the treatment.
Some dogs are stressed out due to vaccine and the others may have reactions like fever or discomfort. Baths may add up to their stress, they may bite you or become sick. After couple of days and you think your fur baby is ok, rested and ready to play, you may bathe them.
Should be no sooner than 48 hours before or after application.
You need to wait until your dogs fur is COMPLETELY dry.
Usually three weeks for cats, and seven days for dogs
The next day should be fine but I usually leave mine for two days before I bathe them
30 days . . . and no sooner
10 mins
you can but if you bathe the dog with dawn dishwashing liquid it will kill the fleas. Alse if you put motor oil on the dog after bathing it (if the dog is black) then it will make the cooat shinier.
Its like any other dog bath. You can either bathe him or her in your sink or tub. Just rinse all over your dog & put some shampoo. Its simple, but some shih tzus will try to clinb out and sometimes they dont like to bathe
A Bloodhound has 300 million scent receptors. To put it into perspective, humans only have 5 million and German Shepherd have 225 million.
Lubriderm is not made for dogs. Dogs' skin is more sensitive than ours. The lotion could have chemicals that would irritate your dog's skin. You can get lotion at pet stores that is specially made for animals. Also, don't bathe your dog too often because this will dry out his/her skin. Be sure to rinse your dog well after you shampoo him/her.
Yes you can but the RSPCA wouldn't be very happy
With my Pom, what I do is I put him in my kitchen sink, because he fits. Then I put on warm water (not too hot) and wet him down. I take dog shampoo and just rub it in, then rinse, then conditioner, all over except up at his head. Then you rinse again and I usually set him on a towel on the countertop and brush him out, then once he's mostly dry I find dog perfume so he doesn't smell like wet dog.
Yes it is ok to put medicine i your dog food as long as it is not sweet food
The kind you put on in drops on the skin works for 30 days if no bath is given to the cat.
Put some nail polish remover on a cotton ball to remove nail polish off dog's fur. Immediately wash with doggy shampoo afterwards so your dog isn't bothered by the fumes and lick her paws.
