Before the rescue remedy you would - traditionally- be observing a seizure, but there are special cases. During you would obviously be observing somebody saving the patient and the seizure "dying down". After the rescue remedy you would be observing some one not having a seizure. Hope this helps.

Of course, this is a bad sign about the company and means that they may well be hiding something; but I cannot make a conclusive decision.
