Put about 2 teaspoons of sugar, half lime and 3 or 4 leaves of mint in a small glass. Press lightly to get the mint extract and the lime juice out and mix with the mint and limes, add a shot of rum and cold water to taste. Add ice and decorate with mint leaves and leave the lime in the glass.
