The polar bear is the largest carnivore on the earth. They can measure between 2.4 to 3 meters in length (7.9 to 9.8 feet). Females are comparatively smaller and measure 1.8 to 2.4 meters (5.9 to 7.9 feet) in length. Standing on all four feet, their height at shoulder is around 130 to 160 cms (4 to 5.5 feet) and while standing they can be as much as 10 feet or more in height.
The Brown Bear (Ursus Arctos) is currently recognized to have 16 subspecies: the largest are the Kodiak bear, Grizzly bear, and Siberian Brown bear.Kodiak bears reach about 5 feet tall at the shoulder, reaching up to 10 feet while standing.Grizzly bears reach about 4 feet tall at the shoulder while standing on all four legs, reaching up to about 9 feet tall standing on just their hind legs.Siberian Brown bears reach about 3 and a half feet tall at the shoulder while standing on all four legs, reaching up to about 8 feet tall while standing on just their hind legs.

After looking it up, I found out that the female Polar bear grows to around 6.0 - 8.0 feet in length. Now because they are roughly half the size of their male counterparts, their height while standing on all four feet would be in the 2.0 - 3.0 foot tall range.
Male polar bears can stand nine feet or more, sometimes up to ten feet.
Unfortunately not, however, the Alaska brown bear is the world’s largest . A large male polar bear may weigh up to 1,500 pounds and grow to nearly 10 feet tall, standing on its hind legs; however, a record male shot in 1960 in Alaska weighed 2,210 pounds and stood 12 feet tall.
When on all fours a Black Bear stands at around 3-4 feet. When standing on their hind legs, they can reach heights of up to 7 feet.

An elephant is the largest land animal. When a polar bear stands up, it might be same tall as an elephant (13 ft tall). An elephant, however, weighs 5 tons to 8 tons, while a polar bear weighs up to 2000 pounds.
