Your height is not relevant to deciding whether or not Weightlifting is something you want to do. Your height might be involved in deciding what types of exercises you should do, and what your goals might be, but any person of any height can lift weights, including little people such as those with one of the various forms of dwarfism.
if you do lift weights,be sure not to lift to heavy weights........im 11 and i lift weights ,and do push ups,and chin ups.
You should lift weights about 3 times a week. Any time of the day is good.
It don't matter how fast you list the weights, it all depends on how much pounds the weights are, and how often you lift them. But I wouldnt lift them to fast, because you might pull a muscle.

The only way to add muscle is to lift heavy weights. Your muscles need to be overloaded to break them down and force them to adapt. You may be sore, but heavy weights is a necessity.

It doesn't depend on your height, but whatever. Well, you should be able to lift pretty hefty weights if you train regularly. If you just randomly started, then not a ton. Benchpressing or lifting, just wondering???
if you wanna get strong you should lift heavy weights, heavy weights gives strength and big muscle's, low weights gives fit/slim body
You smell your butt 1,000 times to lift weights
Do torso and chest exersise every day and lift weights.
