The organic solvents are either acidic or basic and capable of producing protons and ions. These protons and ions changes the pH of the solution in which they are present. Once the pH is changed the amino acids cannot retain its original form. They tend to form either cation or anion which inturn alters the normal structure of the protein (enzyme) and hence the activity is also inhibited.
coenzymes
inhibit
Anti enzymes or enzyme inhibitors, are substances which inhibit counteracts the action of an enzyme.
an enzyme. although i dont know if an enzyme is an organic molecule
An enzyme is a protein and has many carbon hydrogen bonds, so it is an organic molecule.
- Inhibition of an enzyme is to inhibit the catalytic activity of the enzyme. - Because, by blocking or inhibiting an enzyme's activity can kill a pathogen or correct a metabolic imbalance. Example : Inhibition of HIV protease.
Inorganic phosphate can be used as an inhibitor under covalent modification. Phosphorylation/ Dephosphorylation can either activate or deactive an enzyme.

Anti enzymes or enzyme inhibitors, are substances which inhibit counteracts the action of an enzyme.
The enzyme is inactive at this point. New enzyme must be added to regain enzyme activity
Denature enzyme activity
Physical activity can alter the shape of enzyme which can cause damage or may the enzyme become inactive
Substances that inhibit the production or the action of transcriptase, which is an enzyme.
