Feel with your fingers a spring bracket inside; squeeze it, turn counterclockwise and pull the bulb out when the bayonet lock gets released. Beware that if the sleeve has been damaged, the spring could get rusty or dirt could accumulate on the thread, so you would have to wiggle the thing or even to apply some force to be able to turn it.
