Most vehicles use one fuse to protect the tail light/parking light circuit. If the fuse was blown all the parking/tail lights would be out. If you have one tail light that is out, start with checking/replacing the bulb. If the light still doesn't work inspect the socket and wiring for damage.
It is Fuse #14 in the fuse box located under the drivers side dash

The fuse box is located by your knees in the drivers seat, open the panel and it will have the specif fuse listed by number on the panel flap.

there is a separate fuse panel, other than the bigger one under the hood. It is on the drivers side, under the steering wheel, above emergency brake. The blue 15 fuse is the tail lights.
