Buy two of a toy (i.e. a major squirt gun, boxing gloves) and then join in the fun.
If a child wants to live with the child's boyfriend, then the child needs to be 18.
No. At twelve, the state assumes that you are a child, and they are correct. Your boyfriend will be arrested for rape and/or child endangerment. There would be no appeal because of the age factor. Your boyfriend would go to jail for a very long time and you would probably be sent to Youth Services instead of going back to your parents. Your parents can be arrested too for allowing that to happen. This is NOT a good idea.

I believe that you MAY have a case for filing a motion to appeal your child support. Realistically though, since most court ordered child support ceases at age 18, it may not be worth your while to appeal it. By the time it gets through court she may have 'aged-out' anyway. Contact the OK court system to determine your options.
No because the boyfriend has a legal obligation to this child whether the boyfriend is under age or not. His parent do not have a say in it at all. Your boyfriend is now considered an adult in the eyes of the law were your daughter is concerned.
It depends on if she conceived the child before or after she paired up with the boyfriend and if the boyfriend was aware of the girl being pregnant at the time.

No! never!
It also depends on the nature of your boyfriends crimes. So, what did boyfriend do? And when? But seriously, think twice about even HAVING a boyfriend around your child until the divorce is finalized.
'Ex' means the relationship is over so there is no reason you should be in his life or even discussing that your ex boyfriend adopts a child. If he is with someone else and you are just friends then it is up to your ex boyfriend and his mate to decide whether to adopt a child or not.
when him and the child bond and get to know each other
Unless he's a danger to the child or abuse, no.
