Open the 12mm nut on the the top of the t-stat housing and pour radiator fluid in with heater set on high until you see fluid coming out of the of the bleeder nut. Close the bleeder nut and put the radiator cap back on, start the car and your done!
Check the radiator (and the resevoir) after it cools to see if radiator fluid has been filled to proper levelds. Also, check the radiator hoses. In addition, check the oil.

A 1994 Honda Prelude S would not have a VTEC engine in it (assuming it has the original engine in it). It should have the F22A1 in it which is SOHC and Non-VTEC.
Just follow the lower water hose to where it meets the engine on the top and its that.. remove hose and three bolts and that's it.. drain the radiator first
