Answer dunna tbhYou find the ruby for celio after you baet the elite 4 he'll ask you to get the sapphire he gives u the rainbow pass and takes the tri pass and now you can go to 4 island use the daycare there to breed them. for ex take a girl charizard and boy gyarados put them both in then bam you get an egg later! the poke mon will be the pre pre evolved form of the female pokemon!!!
have a ditto and female Pokemon in daycare. then wait and walk around. soon they will have an egg. have it in your party and after alot of steps, it will hatch. the daycare is on 4 island

Zapdos- Route 10

Rayquaza- Embedded Tower (after showing Professor Oak a Groudon and Kyogre caught at the Embedded Tower)

Latios- Pewter City, Wi-Fi Event

These Legendaries are roaming the regions and are found in long grass.

Raikou- Johto

Entei- Johto

Latias- Kanto

These Legendaries are given to you.

Dialga- Sinjoh Ruins
