u can burn 700 calories by doing an hour of skipping, but really it depends how heavy you are and how many skips per minute. if you want to burn off 700 you need to roughly be doing 120 skips per minute.
what i do is swim they say if you swim in a pool for an hour and really swim ( not just swim 5 feet and stop ) you are ablle to burn 700 cal to 1000 cal its the second fastest way to burn calories but its hard to burn that much start of just swimming for 15 min and 30 min note= its harder than it looks just have fun

A mile jog every morning should do the job. then eat a bar of exlax and then go drop off some timber in the crapper
It is not possible to instantly burn 700 calories.
Walk on trademill for an hour
your brain needs 600-800 calories a day to function so i would say no
No. A 5th grader should have 1200 calories a day. You would probably die if you only had 700:)
You must burn 3,500 more calories than you consumer to lose one pound. To lose 10 lbs, that would be 350,000. At only 300 to 500 calories a day being burned (which is EXTREMELY un-realilistic), that will take you 700 to 1,200 days to do.
Depends... the average adult, just existing, burns between 1500-2000 calories a day. The more overweight you are, the more calories you burn (again, just existing). A pound is 3500 calories.. so if you burn 2000 calories a day, and eat only 1300, you're burning 700 extra calories a day. After a week, you will lose about a pound. This is all average, however, and should be adjusted according to your weight/activity level/etc. Depends... the average adult, just existing, burns between 1500-2000 calories a day. Eating only 700 calories each day isn't healthy, being super skinny isn't healthy. get your priorities straight and stop obsessing.
There are a lot of calories that one could lose in a day simply by walking. On an average day, one could hope to lose about 500 calories by walking. It takes 3500 calories lost to lose a pound.
at least 300 calories per day
No... The recommended amount of calories consumed each day should be around 2,000.
If you take in 700 calories a day and you burn off 200 a day you will gain 500 calories that aren't being used which will eventually add weight to your body over time.
poo for a long time
Yes, very much so. The average person should be eating 1,500 to 2,000 calories a day. Eating only 600 to 700 calories a day is starving your body of the proper nutrients it needs and is very unhealthy.
yes to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you eat for example if you ate 700 caloreis you need to burn about 900 calories that will help you lose weight. trust me it happen for me and it will happen for you
