You would have to disable the IIS service if you want to run localhost for WAMP server.
There is a way round it where you can run both IIS & WAMP Server thereby using PHP & ASP.NET both. Just change the port of the WAMP server. Here are the instructions, hope it helps

if you installed English as the default language, and others language as secondaries (ex: Spanish or russian) during the installation? you can change the language, but if you didn't installed secondaries language you will to able to change. for ex, i have english as default language, if i want to change to spanish, just go to: C\program files\Solidworks\lang there rename the folder "English" with Spanish, and the folder "Spanish" rename with "English"

Then do the following, C:-programme folder:-adobe:-adobe photoshop:-required- there is a file name tw10428.dat, change it to tw10428.bak. thats all. Also if you cannot find this way convenient, then run a search on your computer, and try to find tw10428.dat(only in adobe photoshop folder not any other folder) and change it to tw10428.bak, and you are done it will be default languaged to english. If it isnt already, you can't in any simple way
In Excel, go to Tools, Options and select the General Tab. There is a place to change the default location to what ever location you wish. In Word, go to Tools, Options and select the File Locations Tab. You can highlight the document line, select Modify and change to the place you wish to be the default.
